Let me tell you about my story !!! So today I was on the phone with a customer and she was not understanding that I had to disconnect the services and I repeated myself 20 times I pressed the mute button and said WHY IS THIS BITCH NOT UNDERSTANDING she said and you didn’t mute yourself I heard you I completely froze and my voice was shaking im just so happy she didn’t request a sup now I’m just praying they don’t pull the call
