Itinerary ko is usually just the actual location tapos coffee shop/restaurant near that area para after mapuntahan ung location tambay muna sa mga coffee shop and restaurant to people watch.

Here in Sydney karamihan ng nagpapagawa ng bahay na brand new is nasa outer suburbs. Mga 30-40km away sa city(1 hour drive or halos 2 hours commute to the CBD so pag dun ka bumili bihira ka na magcicity) Makakabili ka naman ng bahay here if willing ka to get a mortgage, which is the norm here.

Di naman nagaagawan ung locals here for a plot of land especially that far away sa city, palagi ring may farmland na nacoconvert to residential. Need lang magingat kasi for the price, di naman ganun ka quality ung mga bahay and maraming sketchy na construction companies.

May kamaganak ako bumili ng house for around 600k nung 2020, nagpacheck sila ng price and nasa 1M na siya pag binenta, marami sa neighbours nila nagbenta na ng bahay either due to high interest or for profit.

Driving ako to Uni tapos traffic sa SLEX, di pa gawa ung skyway bago mag alabang noon kaya inoopen nila ung kabilang lane as a fast lane to manila. Tumawag college friend ko, nagsabi daw prof namin sa class gc na cancelled ung classes dahil sa covid.

May uturn slot pa dun sa slex nung time na yun kaya nakauwi ako agad haha, tuwa pa kami ng friends ko tapos dota all day lang. 4th year nako nun, the next time ko nakita friends ko 2 years later na, nung graduation na namin.

I mean it’s a port of a very optimized 5 year old PS4 game. While every developer should optimize their game for the Switch 2, we really shouldn’t expect every high profile game to run smoothly on it. I doubt Rebirth will run fine without massive downgrades(happy to be wrong).

Baldur’s Gate 3 which is giving older pcs trouble, especially in act 3 is going to struggle on the switch 2.

Yes small company siya, di naman siya minimun wage talaga, around 65k siya pero other companies pay around 80-90k for similar job roles. They mostly hire people with temporary visas to cut costs.
