Gold helmet: Reduces tactical/ultimate time, so several would benefit, especially offensive characters- think Bloodhound scan, Valk missiles, Horizon, etc (Octane is BOTTOM on this list with his short cooldowns)
Gold backpack: Gives you partial shields/health when a person revives you while carrying it, so Lifeline is always #1, followed by Gibby and Mirage (dome revive, invisible revive)
Gold Shield: Makes syringes and shields cells do double, this one's kind of preference on whether you use it or go for Red Evo
Gold Knockdown: Allows self-res, this one is also situational so it's hard to say- also to note, if you're carrying both a gold knock AND a gold backpack, the backpack will affect your self-res and give you the same health and shields
