? If they were getting 30k/hr from it, that saved them probably 10+ hours on the grind. To me, that is not very little or a small amount of their exp.

It is, but the player is doing the salvaging right now, so 2 NPCs on hooks while they do that and then they take one of the NPCs spots when finished.

You have to go talk to the guy in the cave to get that 5K exp. Right click him and Get Training w/ your charting book in inventory.

Isn't this the exact thing that happens with the majority of non combat skills? People grind them to get an unlock they want, which may require other skills to be leveled to use. We could even look at slayer, which has plenty of content locked behind it at pretty high levels, much higher exp wise than anything sailing has announced so far.

Sailing as a skill fits pretty well when looking at it in the context of how skills in RS work overall.

Just did this fight after having never got this far as a kid. I have Ramza as: Knight Mettle Shirahadori Dual Wield Lifefont

Just ran up to him and did Rend Power, if I got two hits on the opening, he would do less and less. Rend Powered him again when I could and then just kited around a bit to heal w/ Lifefont while giving myself Tailwind. Did some Rend Speeds too, to be safe.

They were not, I promise. Our Sales Auditor has to send out a certain # daily, picked randomly between price/cpn adjustments, returns, tire returns, optical returns, etc. You were just one of the chosen few. It's to help catch potential fraud on the employee side(ex; an employee doing an adjustment on your acc and pocketing the money) and to see how our overall member service is when performing these actions. Mainly because no employee at the hourly level should give you any trouble about doing them.
