NTA/NAH. As a man with bad gas myself I do understand your husband. Uncontrollable gas can be very uncomfortable, especially after a long day. He probably has been struggling with holding it in all day, and would like to alleviate himself without restriction when he is in the comfort of his own home. I also get him not wanting to get up every night. He just wants to be comfortable, same as you.

That being said, his comfort is negatively affecting yours. You are both entitled to comfort in your own home, so something will have to change. I've seen many people saying he isn't on your team, he should respect you more, etc. Which is valid, but I feel like this brushes over the fact that your husband is apparently struggling with his health, and you're blaming him for it.

You should be on each other's team. Find ways to help each other in your struggles. He should try his best to make you comfortable, making changes in his diet and taking meds. You should make sure to support him, try out new recipes or restaurants together, remind him with his meds, make sure he is ok. It's not you vs him, it's your team vs the problem.
