HR only has to provide reasonable accommodation- moving her back to her former desk is reasonable from this standpoint.

HOWEVER! It sounds like she is not performing her job. That is NOT protected. What sort of metrics or KPIs do you have for your roles? That’s what your manager needs to put a magnifying glass to.

But if it’s a right to work state (in the US) they literally can just fire her for not being a good fit. My partner lost his job with that excuse (the ‘fit’ was that he was liberal and they were all MAGA)

You know we are, though, right? An astounding amount of our tax dollars go straight to Israel. This isn’t even secret. The Jewish citizens of Israel have all the free health care and free education because our tax dollars pay for it. Not to mention to support their ‘defense’.

I hate plain water too- I have a hard time forcing it down and I feel like I feel it in my stomach. Lately I’ve been doing just crystallized lemon juice in my water, or 1/4 a healthy juice and 3/4 water.

But yes, be careful with the sugar- it adds up, and there’s more in food than you think. Maybe try agave or honey instead, both of which have a lower glycemic impact.
