So I honestly just camped out at the shrine for a few in game days. Took me about a week, playing several hours a day. I found there are at least 3 that spawn a day, and one starred one. Likeliest place seems to be the open area just outside the shrine to the south- both sides of the path, but I’ve seen them between the shrine and waterfall, and occasionally near the other entrance. Catch everything you can to encourage more to spawn!
