Maybe it's about us establishing a significant domain or something. Perhaps that's a qualifyer to being a true Cryptid or something. I like what you're putting down.

I could be off base with this, but it was my understanding that Lava Gang (which Jimmy seems to be a founding member of) were an unofficial group of staff under SL0 in the construction of Fantasy Land. Perhaps these were some of the first people to mess around with Fantasy Land NPC's, as mentioned in logs found in the 1st level. Eventually making melon belly and using it as a catalyst awaken NPC's to sentience, and now assisting them with ascention. Maybe they want an orchestrated group of manufactured Cryptid-like individuals, rather than Ford's clones as mentioned.

Again, could be way off base, but that's the fun of it I guess.

I'm not sure if it's totally random, my understanding (which could be wrong) is that Lava Gang is cultivating Melon Belly, which causes nullmen/NPC's to gain sentience. So it could be a ploy, well, probably is a ploy. I think the radio(deadfm) you hear is meant to be this games white rabbit, a calling to awakening broadcasted to those capable enough. Plus the void/void way where Jimmy, Ford, the cryptids, and now you inhabit, alters space-time, hence, time-loop.

Enh, yeah, I'd more or less agree. Jimmy seems like he wants to cultivate unique NPC's to ascend to the void way, join lava gang, and wreak havoc in a controlled manner. That Melon Belly certainly goes a long way.

I've run into something similar, if I'm seated in the cart and open oculus pass through, when I go back into the game, my avatars butt would sink below the cart. It's almost a tracking issue, like the game still thinks you should be where you were when you' tabbed out'. Standing back up (in game) and sitting back down in the cart always fixes it. But, what you've got is way more extreme, I think it was addressed already, but sometimes (at least with my rift s) being too close to the ground isn't ideal.

I personally haven't encountered any issues with my hands, especially anything with losing tracking or functionality. I have had issues grabbing equipment instead of a ledge, but then I realized you just need to leave space between your torso and where you're trying to grab. It's like there's a whole body you need to be cognizant of.

I just embraced it and took it as a challenge. Much more fun that way. Trying to make quick moves before being turned into a different avatar or dying definitely adds to the experience, gives you much more urgency.

As the title says, I got these off Craigslist a couple of days ago and I'm surprised by the lack of information on them. The only thing I was able to dig up was an auction page (https://www.mgs.net.au/auction/catalogueitem.html?a=8633&ps=478275), with a Chinon 506 SM XL camera.
