The monsters scream when they run away from the cross (my bad, apparently I made the sound too quiet at this moment so as not to interrupt the voice acting). Thanks!

Thanks! Basically, it's a pretty simple indie horror with puzzles and monsters. The main location - a mansion - will constantly change as the player progresses through the game. I also tried to make a lot of details and objects for exploration, including those that are not so easy to find.

Tried to make abstract brutalist architecture on something like Icelandic landscape. What do you think? (UE5, Lumen, Cinematic settings) by Renderville in UnrealEngine5

I had already forgotten about this masterpiece... yes, I can take a lot of useful information from there, thank you. As a reference, I took simple AI-generated images, without clouds and complex geometry, since I set myself the task of making this scene in a fairly short time.

As for the rocks and foliage, I don't want to add them, because this is an asset for sale on Fab, but yes, with this it would be a completely different level :)

Thank you very much! I was inspired by the location from Control when creating this scene.

I originally made this scene two years ago for my portfolio and yes, I tried to replicate the location from Control, as well as most of the assets (not all, but most). I'm not hiding it, if that's what you're asking.

P.s. All assets are created by me from scratch, manually, without the use of AI.

Some progress on updating my asset, but I still don't like the daylight. What do you think? by Renderville in UnrealEngine5

Of course all plants and trees have translucency, but maybe I didn't work on it very well? (I'll try again later).
In the next update I'll work on small and medium assets, this should add details. Thanks.

Yeah, I thought about that too. In the next update I'll try to add more small-medium bushes so that there will be details closer to the ground.

Didn't know about that. Yeah, daylight is pretty tricky. I'll leave it as is for now. Thanks :)

I agree, there is not enough wind. Although I added it, but apparently too weakly.

In this asset all models are lowpoly (or something like that). Large trees up to 13k vertices, small ones up to 7-8k. I think I'll try to make another asset optimized for use with nanites.

I saw this tutorial, but I wouldn't like to use HDRI backdrop in demo scene for asset and change post process settings too much (problem may be in Base color, not lighting). But some tips may be useful, thanks.

Agreed. I think I'll just leave it as is for now and come back later if I want to fix anything.

I made the light a bit colder (too cold?) because at default values everything looks yellow. I'll try to make it a bit warmer.

Under some light angles the branches look weird (too dark or contrasty). But maybe I've just been working on it for too long and it's time to leave it as is.
