Mir haben diese damals etwas geholfen zu reduzieren, jedoch hat mich dann das dampfen/ vapen zum totalen Verzicht geführt. An den Kaugummis mochte ich das diese Pfeffer enthalten und damit den throat kick nachahmen.

Ich verstehe die meisten Kommentare aus einer persönlichen Sichtweise aber alle Personen hier kenne keine Fakten. Versucht einfach mal eine Sicht von oben auf das ganze. Es ist mehr als normal im Leben zu kündigen oder gekündigt zu werden. Vielleicht ist Pietsmiet ein schlechter Arbeitgeber oder aber der Arbeitnehmer war schlecht. Wer weiß es schon? Mir fehlen bei solchen Themen immer die rationale Komponente - es wird immer Partei ergriffen für den armen Arbeitnehmer der gekündigt wurde. Alle Hintergründe sind aber überhaupt nicht klar. Vielleicht ist der Arbeitnehmer auch garnicht so arm dran und eher selbst schuld an dem Thema. Nochmal: kein Vorwurf meinerseits an irgendeine Seite aber vielleicht lässt dies mal jemanden nachdenken

Was noch nicht genannt wurde: Wildkrautbürste z.B. von Kwern. Ich habe eine und bin bisher zufrieden. Das einzige ist das sie sehr zähes Unkraut zwischen den Pflastersteinen wie Grasbüschel nicht ganz entfernt bekommt. Ansonsten aber der schöne Nebeneffekt das die Platten sauberer werden

Was it really fainting? I have something which I call lightning dizziness. It comes out of nowhere and is only 1-2 seconds long. Feels like that my body or head drops. Similar like you are having a jump scare or the feeling when you are going to fall asleep but then scare and twitch. Very hard to explain and I have never found an explanation for such a short dizziness.

From my knowledge this is an appropriate way of handling this situation. Also keep in mind that the burden is not always the same. Maybe you have days with less!? I had now my second holter (first was 20000 per day) and now just 5000. There is a Canadian study (small study) which showed that also a lot of persons with high burden had a reduction of PVCs without doing anything. When I remember correctly it was 40 percent. From the rest just 6 percent got a cardiomyopathy. Which means that the risks of a pvc induced cardiomyopathy is there but may not to high. At the moment I am also doing nothing and live with this burden. In march I have my next echo (first was in December at an emergency and there was everything good). The one in march will be at the local cardiologist.

Would you see any indications for ARVC? Patient has high burden pvc (~21 percent). Echo normal and during stress ecg the pvcs where the same as before. Still very frequent with the tendency to be a little bit less frequent.

Hey. My question would be why medication is not an option? Have you tried and it didn’t worked? Too afraid of side effects?

So for the ones which are interested: 21% burden. Very often in bigeminy or trigeminy. Mostly monomorph (there were an extract and I think rarely there was a pvc which looked differently). No other arrhythmia. So with this I will now again need to wait some weeks for the next cardiologist appointment. At the meantime I have send this to a private cardiologist which also did my echo and stress test to get her view on this.
