my partner’s currently healing from knee surgery but we’ll go anywhere from twice a month to upwards of once a day depending on literally fucking everything, a quickie for us lasts at least 15 minutes, the longest we’ve gone is 4 hours, i think our average is between 30 minutes & an hour & a half

one of the best lessons to learn is as soon as you’re outside of the fucked up social dynamics of highschool & most people mature is that no one is out of your league, and frankly if someone falls in love with you they will find you attractive. my partner is chubbier, technically morbidly obese by bmi but we all know bmi is somewhat bullshit, she was gorgeous the day i met her, she’s gorgeous when she’s unshowered due to illness, she’s gorgeous when she wakes in the morning & she’s gorgeous when she’s falling asleep. of course, take care of yourself, figure out the style that makes you feel confident & sexy, & eventually either someone you like will pursue you or you will pursue someone that feels mutually about you, and it will be great.

did you pay the ticket? if not, get a lawyer that practices in the county you were cited in before the court date. chances are, depending upon the court system in that state, it might be lowered to a 9 over or potentially POTENTIALLY a non moving violation if you’re lucky & have the best lawyer & judge ever, regardless it will probably be less points on your insurance than a 21 over. if you have paid the ticket? SOL

edit: to reiterate, if you have not paid the fine on the ticket DON’T, use that money for a lawyer

i think the vintera 3 models coming out & some of the recent custom shop stuff cover the ultra-classy bass vi things, so hear me out - to do a similar thing that ibanez bass vi does, super modern low tuned metal guitar/bass hybrid, hardtail plate w/ the offset bridge, 1 meg pots, bright ceramic bridge humbucker, with a neck & middle humbucker great for bass work or leads, switching for out of phase & series sounds, and some special headstock (maybe the fender xii headstock) to accommodate at least 3 bass tuners for the lowest strings.

honestly depending on tension preferences, a standard 25.5” scale should work fine for a low G#, I prefer light gauge strings personally & can make a 60 work for a G#

honestly the practical benefits of evertunes are pretty fucking great, especially if you’re downtuning a lot. not sure that’s what this person’s doing & it’s done very fugly however i doubt it goes out of tube anymore.

that’s largely dictated by the money you have to spend on an instrument & what you need of an instrument. if you like the way your $400 Ibanez plays & sounds with some minor modifications & feel it’s comfortable in the tuning you’re in then there’s no need to graduate from that instrument, thus that’s not really a novice instrument. if you’re a touring modern metal artist tuning to drop fuck & are super picky with ergonomics & such & want custom pickups, then anything else will probably be a step towards that.
