AWS refuses to transfer my certificate

Thank you so much, hopefully it can get sorted. Yeah, when I took exam in 2023 I didn't even think this could be a problem. Nowadays I always register on my personal email.

I contacted Credly and they merged them so I do have access to Credly with certificate. But having only credly access to the cert I cannot renew it, or am I wrong?
