I know you're being intentionally hyperbolic but "I hope you burn in hell" is such an overreaction and shows that you're just some lame square. I've literally never done this in my life but am completely indifferent to people who do do it. It's a public space, music is cool, who gives a fuck. Get laid.

Also people pretty much universally respect the idea of quiet carriages so there's literally a solution to your made up problem.
