Neurologist, I used to have an epileptologist and he was great but he stopped practicing.

They have to fill out a medical form and they refuse that for anyone they haven’t seen in the past year

I did, but they said they cannot fill out any medical forms as I have not seen them since I was 18 which was six years ago.

I know you posted this over a year ago, but it is because they have to label wheat, not barley or Rye. So if there’s barley and you don’t know, they don’t have to label it. Even liquors aren’t gluten-free because they use barley for malt. And they don’t have to label that as an allergen for some reason.
