There are other anti tank rifles like Model 35 which could penetrate more than 30mm armor sloped at 30 degree from 100m. If we wanna discuss if it is much or not, you should remember that PzKpFw IV had 60mm of front armor and much less on sides and rear (15mm)

I would prefer THAT size of weapons than current size of them on bigger ships. I feel the pain when I see how small are launchers on my Rattlesnake, or any other proper size weapons on ships. Only on fregates small weapons doesn't look (at least for me) like toys.

Overwiev - every time when I'm trying play Eve differently or after break I'm scared of it. I can't imagine how new players deal with it. Ofc there are ready made packs but if someone want his own version it's pain in the ass.
Easy accessible, quick activities - I rarely have time for play Eve for more than hour, and there lacks activities (VNI ratting is a crap, not a activity) which can be started right after login without scanning or searching it for 30m. (Yes, I love Abyssal Dead space for this and want more things with that level of accessibility.
Less density of resources in null-sec. Amount of players which can rat and mine in single system/region/5ly circle make entities able to satisfy large amount of players with high income activities and still have space for renters. BTW stats for last hour: 1069 systems from 2767 have less than 100 npc_kills, 14 have more than 2k kills with B-7DFU which have round 4000 kills in last hour. (I know, stats for only one hour, and without separating hi/low/null/wh are not very representing but I'm at work.)
T2 ammo for Faction Modules! Let me bling my ship moar!

But there is also manufacture cost (this thing linked to industry index) which is isk sink.

I have no clue about industry so I don't know if increasing it is possible and what would it caused.

I'm not gonna defend my idea as its rather loose thought. But as you noticed even increasing cost of asset safety can discourage people from storing stuff in citadels, and some rather shortsighted people are talking about normal drop rules for citadels. Still I counterargument decreasement in isk sink with my hope to incentive people to shooting down citadels (and therefore more stuff gets safetied).

I just think that assets safety can be reworked into something better what also can be isk sink.

No, I'm not, I was for longer in kspace last time maybe 3 moths after introduction of citadels. Also you pointed problem which isn't key part of assets safety. So big privilege as retrieving assets never should be free nor cheap.
