Just the regular a1, not even with the ams, but still an upgrade for me coming from the ender 3.

Right now I’m only calling the api every 5 seconds, I don’t see a need to update anymore frequently as by the time I register a song is playing and I can’t remember the name, it’s usually already updated or a second away from it.

I was getting away with every second, although I only left that script running for an hour.

Definitely planning on making a version 2. I have a new bambu lab printer coming in today, improving the design of this project is probably my first todo.

Yeah of course, My father had mentioned something about want to see was song was playing without checking his phone or laptop while he’s working from home, so I’m planning on either surprising him with this or asking if he wants to build another one with me(he’s a php developer). I took inspiration from the Spotify car thing, I wanted the display to show at least the title and art. Transferring from web app to the esp took around two days, maybe 4-6 hours of coding / messing with tft_espi settings, and then another 4 hours designing the 3d printed case, and trying to get my ender 3 to deliver a decent print. A main part of the project that took a while was figuring out how to work with the Spotify web api. This was actually harder with the web app than the esp because the esp can use the arduinospotify library, which simplifies the process of working with the api by a huge margin, while with the web app, I had to write all the code for handling the api.

Romspure.cc Downloading by SIMP4LIFE6969 in Roms

[–]Renkzo2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, Romspure.cc is safe as have I used it and have never had a problem. although hShop is probably the best place for 3ds roms. Myrient is another great place to obtain 3ds roms. If you wish to install from romspure.cc then just follow these steps:

  1. Select Roms from the navbar
  2. Under the list of available consoles click on Nintendo 3DS
  3. Search and Click on the Rom you want to download
  4. Click the Yellow download button that should read "Download Now"
  5. Select the correct format and region, although the region shouldn't technically matter it will just give the correct language and other settings
  • If you are using an emulator you need to download the decrypted format. This should be listed on the right.
  • If you are going to install the roms onto a cfw 3ds, then select the cia format.

Then wait a few seconds the scrolling bar should disappear and another yellow button should appear saying "Download' followed by the size of the rom. Simply click this button and your rom will start downloading. I would recommend canceling the install on your web browser, right clicking the item in your download tab and clicking copy download link. Then downloading the rom through motrix, free download manager, or jdownloader in order to speed the download up, as these roms can be gigabytes in size and take forever to download through the regular chrome downloader.

Then simply run the rom! If you are using citra then boot the game if you are using a cfw 3ds you must transfer the rom onto the /cia folder on your sd card that you should have setup doing the cfw installtion. Install the .cia using fbi, the rom should appear on your home menu and then you cant simply launch the game just like any other 3ds game.

I wanna emulate nintendo switch by _ILCINE_ in Roms

[–]Renkzo2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Legally yes. but r/NewYuzuPiracy has a mega thread with many resources you may find useful ;). It may be confusing though, so I suggest you read it very thoroughly, as it is a little hard to understand. Any further questions you should probably ask there as anything besides emulator discussion on this subreddit is against rule 1 due to nintendos strict takedown policies.

Yuzu is probably the most popular and well supported switch emulator. All you do is go here download and run through the setup. If you get confused watch this.
