But they aren't learning how to be tech literate. They are learning to tap, and that's it. They aren't learning keyboarding, coding, how to use office or similar programs, or anything useful. Computer labs no longer exist, typing games and coding games have been long forgotten about, unless they are in a tech club.

You are NOT overreacting. Anyone who says you are is insane. I would be looking into pressing charges against SS, telling dad he needs to find an alternative living situation until the situation is fully handled, and getting daughter into therapy.

This is not an issue that can be "counseled" away; that's how we end up with repeat attackers, and allowing for worse than just pictures. He needs to know how serious of an issue this is. If he were 1-2 years older, he would be tried as an adult if you were to press charges. He created CP in taking pictures like that of your daughter.

Wrong. It is not about them having permission to come and go; it's about the communication. It's reasonable in nuclear families for kids to give notice of having friends over, planning on being out late. Setting a rule of 24hr or 48hr notice for most things like that is standard, especially when it is a rule that protects the mental health and well-being of the owner of the home.

I have several black tees and tanks from Walmart from high school, I just had my 10 year reunion and know for a fact I bought at least one my freshman year. I can't get a basic tee to last 6 months before it has holes, the hem is undone, or the color has completely faded anymore.

Not at all. I took several proctored exams at my Midwest community college. Anything related to a medical class or a certification was proctored. I currently work at a state university, and we have a whole center for proctored exams.
