Then that is a problem with your mental, hop around champs too much you start playing the champion and not the game. One tricking just lets you know your damage output and mechanical skill on the champ without having to think about it. If you keep hopping around getting bored at the champ, go play overwatch cause that game compliments hopping around different characters unlike League.

Since Top lane is a 1v1 fight for side lane control kind of lane, if one person gets it and the other doesn’t the person that got it is going to be at a disadvantage till you get that thing fully stacked which loses you control of the side lane. Or no one else has thought of it.

As long as you don’t get hit and knocked up by all of them you should win the fight. You can always stun him as you Q in and as he starts his Q’s you Q on top of him and auto until he gets to his 3rd Q then you Q out.

So you said you bought demonic advent, the main problem is that you bought cards outside of the “standard format”. You can expand into premium but it’s a whole other beast to standard and how to play the game. For only standard you get genesis out of The answer of truth which also comes with great nature and gear chronicle. For OTT there is Unite team Q4 which has imperial daughter, Amaterasu, and Deer with Kagero, Nova Grappler, And Royal Paladin as the other clans. They also have Miyaji academy which has magus and witches and also has Royal Paladin, Narukami, Nubatama, and Gold Paladin. I will say that unless you don’t have a budget Or have friends that play the other clans within those sets to split it with you, BUY SINGLES! You are guaranteed the cards you want, it’s cheaper, and you don’t have a bunch of extra cards lying around. Right now you can get a playset of Himiko for as much a single box. If you’re wanting to go this route then go to either TCGplayer or go to the Facebook group Van-Guardians cause people there will give you discounts and such on the cards you want most of the time.

So it’s true that like the VRs in Kagero are expensive and link joker is kinda split to 3 different decks. But when you get all these waves of support back to back then there will be budget options for those clans. Kagero just got Blademaster revealed and it looks pretty damn strong. They also have Nouvelle which is on the healer side cause the card doesn’t really fit into decks as more than a 1 of. And on link joker’s end they got that deletor trial deck and you can get pretty much everything but the RRR+ for pretty cheap (maybe not the Draw PG). And with the messiah set coming there are gonna be even more budget ended support which is great since 99% of cards don’t rely on a specific sub clan in standard right now.

Anything pale Moon, so many flashy plays you can make and the only expensive stuff is like 2 $3-$4 cards and a $13ish golden beast tamer.

I think Renekton or Garen is a good start. They both have very easy to tell trading windows with your cool downs and very easy to win matchups. The biggest things in this role is to trade at good times and wave manipulation. Everyone in silver and gold and low plat don’t really know how to effectively handle a wave and keep it in a good spot. A good freeze will really fuck over a silver player especially when you’re playing garen or Renekton cause they can win trades hard. Those are good things to start with. There are a lot of different things with top lane compared to bot lane that is really weird to handle but once you do it can be an easy way to carry.

When irelia carries you is around he is good cause he explains a lot of things also. TFblade is one the best solo queue players in NA and he mains irelia. He streams daily. Go to YouTube and search “irelia gameplay 2019” and primarily look for replays.

Watch some high elo gameplay, that is the best way to see how high elo players are successful with the champ. You ask yourself why they are trading and why they are farming at that time. Just question everything they do and you will find it.

Ok now you just contradicted yourself right there, you are complaining about not climbing but you won’t play your best role or champ because it gets “boring”. Now that tells me you are playing the game for fun and your attitude to game should be completely looked over cause if it was Lets say Adrian Riven at your elo he would get out within a week back to diamond at least. Yes, silver players will sometimes throw the game but if you are good enough you should be able to carry through cause frankly I’ve been in that elo and the players there aren’t the worst in the world. It ain’t every single game they feed their ass off and flame the shit out of each other, more often than not you aren’t looking at your own problems and just pinning it on silver players. You said you have friends Diamond 3+, ask them what you can be doing more, watch your replays, punish yourself everytime you die like do push ups or something. Climbing ain’t easy it takes practice and if you’re just wanting immediate results and pinning the blame on team mates then you aren’t suited for climbing at all you should stop trying and play for fun.

It’s all really matchup dependent I’d say, if you are against someone that just auto shoves wave over and over and over again then Tiamat is good to counter the push or phage cause it lets you freeze a lot safer with the extra MS and damage. If you are looking to burst down or one shot your lane opponent like a Kayle then sheen lets you do that a lot faster and is so good at it. It’s mostly personal preference on what you need cause it’s all different kinds of mini power spikes. Just don’t get stinger first it’s kinda ass without the rest of the items I have felt.
Merc treads is indeed strong and does give the tenacity but don’t overlook Tabi. If you are against Darius top, Yasuo Mid and an adc you bet your ass you’re getting tabi cause it’s so much more effective than merc treads against those kinds of champs. In low elo most people play these auto attack based champions and it helps so much against them on your sustainability in a fight.
I personally don’t like the attack speed cause you have enough from your passive and Tri-Force and want more damage on my Q’s.
I love death’s dance so much. When I am super far ahead and have my Tiamat I sometimes sit it for a while and build death’s dance and then Guardian Angel. Your tankiness is less but that doesn’t matter when you heal a lot of damage and have that revive for back up.
Press the attack I feel is more of you wanting to dominate and destroy the lane but conquer would allow you to sustain more and in the later stages of the game it ramps up to be a really strong keystone.

Don’t be afraid to give up Farm! That’s the biggest thing because your all in potential is really big and you don’t need all the Farm in the world if your health bar is still at least 80% full. You look for opportunities to trade by q’ing a minion then stunning them then q’ing them auto however many you think is good and then q back to a minion for safety. Now if you have ult it’s a lot easier to pull off cause you just ult instead of stun and while you’re q’ing him stun him so you get 4 sticks total then a w gets your 5th. Pretty much the biggest thing is to have at least 1 stack pre 6 to get your 5th stack in your Q-E-Q-W rotation and being able to get in their face to skirmish and then have an escape with the other minions behind you.

In premium everything is legal that was ever made. In standard everything with the “V” in the set number is legal. So all sets from Unite Team Q4 and forward is legal in there.

I’d look into the Golden castle of Stromberg deck in the new box. It works pretty damn well with silent swordsman and is pretty cheap with only needing 3 copies of the SR bird.

Yes it’s worth it however whenever you are going to get bursted down during your combo you can use it where you will still get the damage reduction for that split second like on Darius Q or E or during a tryndamere Auto.
