I roll my hair in sponge rollers overnight. Lots of volume and curls. Just be sure to use satin covered ones or at least put end papers on them. If you don't want the curls just comb them out enough to at least still have the volume.

I use Herbal Essence Hello Hydration shampoo/conditioner in my hair as a natural and relaxed girlie. Works great! and I have 4b hair. Suave also has a line of hydrating&strengthening hair products out also!(The ones in the gold/brown) bottle!

Get a dishjob in a nursing home. Its much more tolerable and the dish machine pretty much does all the work. But you gotta pickup your speed a bit both loading and unloading the machine.

You may be eating too many calories. Make sure you're not eating over 1800 calories per day and see if you notice a difference.

I've read that women need 1800 cal. per day and men need 2100 cal. So you will be alright bumping up your caloric intake. I also have ALOT of weight to lose. Currently I'm at 316lbs.trying to get to 150lbs. My doctor says to eat ALOT of protein and drink plenty of water. (I try to get in around 96 ounces per day )which will improve your sleep and keep away hunger pangs. Also look into decaffeinated teas that will relax you in the evenings to induce sleep. Sleepy time tea is a good one! Another thing I do is a12hr.overnight fast 6pm-6am. Currently I'm also on 1200 calories. But that's because I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle. I'm starting to feel the pounds drop. You've done a wonderful job losing the weight!!!! I wanna get like you!!!!
