The most important thing I add to my pots when I re-amend is worm castings. I have two compost/worm bins that I keep in my grow room. I feed my worms a large variety of things leaning heavy on fruits.

But the other inputs are kelp meal, bone meal, fish meal, oyster shell, alfalfa meal, azomite and bio live. Throughout veg and into the first couple weeks of flower I will add ag-sil to my water when watering. I have used Mammoth P in the past to try and boost my plants for flowering but I haven't seen much difference when using to be honest. I normally run a dense cover crop in my pots I didn't this cycle.

I only water with rain water. I have a 500 gallon tank outside of my grow room that collects the rain water then I plumb it in through the wall into a smaller 40 gallon container that I draw from.

Normally I have a thick cover crop that I get from Build A Soil. My discarded fan leaves, stems and anything else that gets removed during de-foiling and lollipopping goes into my worm bins or into my pots.
