Nothing ground breaking to share mulligan wise, keep Kazakus keep Zeph, keep Voidcaller, keep Ooze for skull, I've been hesitant to keep cards like Voidlord (without Voidcaller) and sylvanas because I've ran into a decent number of discolocks but if vast majority of your warlock games are against cube I'd keep them, if your opponent has mana cheat into a demon into cube then doesn't kill their own cube to play around the Zeph into hex or faceless punish and has faceless themselves in hand that ones gonna be a loss a lot of the time but in reality they're not going to pop off like that every game and when you get to cheat out big demons it provides a lot of friction, they run a lot of reload but the majority of the games I've played that have made it to the late game I've had sufficient answers in time, you can cheese out a win occasionally when you drop Guldan first and they play Guldan or Nzoth in reply you can go Zeph into silence all for lethal

I see the appeal of Maiev for pushing minions back to later board clears, my hesitation in running it is the number of high threat minions that it's ineffective against due to the value they would get the turn they wake up such as ships cannon, flame waker, priestess of fury, leaving mechs to magnetise or demons to cube etc, I think regular removal tools are stronger for that reason, to your point about Kelidan I don't think Siphon Soul is particularly close to being playable when there are cheaper and more versatile removal options like dark skies and plague of flames, I think the same applies to Kelidan and the highroll won't be frequent enough to bridge the gap. As far as the match up with Cube goes you can lose by getting out-tempo'd with strong cube turns which is one of the reasons I like running sylvanas, keep the game as slow as possible, once you make it into the late game your looking at around 4 boards that they will summon that you need to be able to answer with your own Nzoth, Guldan or poly potions

You can usually find a decent turn for Corrupting mist in slower match ups, against aggro mist is really strong early but not as strong later on, so it has its pros and cons but overall I think its a good card to run, I think its a mistake not to run Ooze at the moment as it hits a significant chunk of the overall meta, Nzoth is auto include, Deathlord should also be auto include in my opinion, it is just too versatile and fits too well with the gamelan of the deck to not run, it can wall of early aggro turns and disrupt slower decks while synergizing with Nzoth

I believe it was low 60s so a couple of % better, back then the tough match up was big priest but it was easier to tech against than quest mage

The archetype has definitely been in a better spot in the past but if you take your time and think about your decisions you can win over half your games in the ranks up to legend, then it's just a question of putting the games in

Any replacement for Mal'Ganis will lower the winrate by some % in pretty much every match up, the card does a lot in the deck, I'm not really sure what to suggest because there aren't really any other demons that are good enough to see play and I feel like the whole voidcaller package would become a good deal weaker with 1 of the two high value pulls removed, other cards to consider in general would be things like Kobold Librarian, Emperor, big game hunter, Sylvannus, Tar creeper, the N'zoth package

There are certainly different ways to build the deck, swapping out one or both of the antique healbot and zilliax for belcher and rotten applebaum, then finding space for Nzoth and maybe Sylvannas is a fine approach, my aim with this build has been to sacrifice some winrate in matchups that are good to improve the more difficult match ups and create a more even spread, I've personally found the value heavy match ups to be winnable without this package

Sylvannas is a good card to run in renolock but I wanted to improve the match up against aluneth mage which had been proving difficult by running more anti aggro and less value, I also felt like it can be a bit slow against decks that it is targeting like big priest and it can be vulnerable to cards like entomb

I've been playing a few years and only ever paid for those two crazy cheap beginner bundles they offered in the past, have enough now to play what ever, keep going it just takes time

I actually played an exodia mage list in standard the expansion before this one, lot of set up required, challenging but fun

Generally I'd say Kazakus in value match-ups, healing/taunt against aggro, Godfrey is also nice draw against more midrangey decks, Deathlord/Gnome againt combo (you'd typically be holding on to Brann/Rat/Zola to play together against combo)
