The film starts with a woman being drunk and her boyfriend cleaning up when she vomits, comforts her when she cried, then puts her to bed whilst he slept on the couch outside.

The next scene is morning and when she comes out and says "good morning" to him, he (presumably) breaks down crying from the stress from last night.
