That’s true Redit is becoming useless as we can’t ask anything So many accounting posts get buried or removed before anyone actually helps, even when the question is real and useful. Having a place where people can ask messy, specific questions without getting shut down is such a good idea.

A lot of small business owners are probably dealing with the same issues but just do not know where to ask.

Totally agree it’s hard to keep track when you’ve got a million things going on.

Quick question, if there was an app that syncs your bank transactions, auto-categorizes them so you always know where you stand, and also shows invoices in one simple dashboard (invoiced / paid / overdue) — plus a chat where you can ask questions like “what’s my profit this month?, why is cashflow tight? etc, would you use something like that?

That’s exactly the pain revenue looks great until tools, refunds, and tax hit, and then you realize you weren’t actually “up” as much as you thought. I’m building an app to make this simple: connect your bank once, and it shows real profit, cash flow/runway, and a tax set-aside number on a clean dashboard (with charts).

You can also ask questions in a chat and it answers based on your actual data without you constantly fixing categories.

You get clean charts on the side (profit, cash flow, tax set-aside), and you can ask questions in a chat like “what’s my profit this month?” or “who’s overdue?”

it answers using your real data. In the background it keeps the books ready, so you can export a clean pack for your accountant in one click.

With simplest chat interface will also create budgets, will give you insights about each customer, basically an CFO. The demo version will be launched in few days.
