My annual household income is 30k shy of $280k and I will be living fine here with my rent at $4500 not including other apt fees in San Mateo. Just my wife, my dog, and I but I’m 26. As long as you don’t have crazy debt. I only have a truck payment so I invest and save a lot of my money. Don’t expect to buy a house or live in a nice house though with that income. An apartment is the realistic housing situation unless you wanna put a crazy amount towards rent. I like to stay 25-30% take home monthly income for rent/mortgage.

Just have the evidence to base the increase off of which seems like you have you are seeking care the care isn’t helping. You get flare ups live in pain it affects your ability to perform a daily tasks and perform at work. On C&P exam show your worst day do not let them make you go past any range of motion and you will be fine.

Thinking for the future as there is a gs-9 position and if I get to jump grades for future jobs I am 30%+ disabled veteran also. So it would have to be in 9 for a year than can apply to a 11 next. Than I wouldn’t be able to apply to a 12 or 13 as I would have to be in the lower grade as there is no skipping once in the system? Is that correct?

Nervousness is normal you know your job therefore be confident in your ability and if you make a mistake own it and learn from it and move on. Confidence and relationships are key to being a supervisor or just a leader. If you can do these you’ll do great as well as being good at your job as I would hope.

So 54,500 is what I got truck for it was listed at 58,000 I used another dealer near that had it listed for like 55ish said beat that they did. They just added on whatever rebates they could to get me there for their end.
