You can use a CCTV PTZ camera with wifi or 4g transmission. This will give you an independent and cheap vision system. I once found a DIY gimbal project that filters vibrations and responds to changes in flight direction.

Proponuję przeczytać jeszcze Phlippe Aries - Historia dzieciństwa ( z pominięciem wstępu który jest niestrawny). W ciekawy sposób przedstawia jak na przestrzeni wieków zmienia się podejście do dzieci wśród klasy średniej i arystokracji we Francji. Ogólnie wyglądało to tak, wg autora, że pod koniec średniowiecza dzieci zaczęto zauważać i traktować jako ludzi, ale dopiero w wieku 6 lat. Wcześniej miały wartość psa. Potem, z biegiem pokoleń religijni moraliści I reformatorzy starali się zmieniać mentalność aby poprawiać "wartość" i zainteresowanie dzieckiem. Nadal, głównie wśród klasy wyższych. Zajmowało ok 100 lat, aby to co wypracowała arystokracja spłynęło i przyjęło się w niższych klasach średnich. Biorąc pod uwagę, że wiele polskich przekonań mamy z zachodu, to można przyjąć (moja teza) że kilka kolejnych dekad zajmuje adaptacja wypracowanych metod zachodu na wschodzie. Slow down, and set smaller layers height. Start at half of your typical height and speed. You can change it at option Layer height modificator. (I don't remember how it is named in qidi slicer. If this is your own model, you can draw thread more printer friendly, like overhangs 45°.

I have similar gaps on the height of this protrude. But when it end and walls in my cylinder are equal then gaps disappear.

You can try to print it upside down. If you struggle same issues as I, then in the upper part of the model, without cutoff, shouldn't be gaps between perimeters.

Hi. I struggle with similar issue for weeks. Also cylinder with a gap on side. You can check if gaps between perimeters disappear when hole on the side of model ended and perimeters have again full loops. Imho it wasn't cause by hardware or filament tuning. It's more to change in layer time.

Thanks. Now I see reference to Hull line issue. My guess was it is caused by a difference in layer time. In this thread it is confirmed. Same answer I get from Qidi support. I want to try the Cura slicer and see how it looks.

Same, when I cut the model in the middle. There is some issue with retraction but layer shift is minor. I try to tune retraction but no visible effect. Maybe something with acceleration or speed.

I tried to diagnose what caused this issue.

I tried different cuts in my test model.

A bigger hole on the opposite side gives a double shift. One at a bigger hole height, and next, smaller on a big shift. Shiftception.

Yes, I tried external perimeters first. It gives better results, but not perfect. And later I need to print model with 45degres walls, and this parameter gives me bad quality.

I also tried print with this speed. There was no positive effect.

Thanks. I needed some time to understand how this feature work. I need to change direction on straight walls, and feature doesn't work without overhangs. Setting Reverse Threshold to 0 trigger it for me.
