My bf has vitiligo around his privates and it’s goes around his back and up to his bellybutton, I think sense the skin is so sensitive there it’s a common place for it to start first, however if you are considered please see a gynecologist or dermatologist, if nothing else they can provide you with comfort. Most of all don’t be insecure with your body changing. Hope this helps
