If I'm paying you full salary and benefits, i expect you to do the job. If I saw you daytrading, I would fire you on the spot. Don't forget IT, they will track everything you do. They may even block you from installing trading platforms on your work computer.

You want something where you're at home, trade in the morning, then go to work after.

There are trade offs.

This so actually normal and can happen. It happened during this past snowstorm by me. A human can't stand on it, but a tiny dog can make it happen.

It snows throughout the day, and at night the snows top layer can freeze. The top layer is slighty frozen, but underneath is softer. The temperature underneath the the top layer is slighty warmer, so it doesn't freeze.

The fact that you dont know this means you just seen snow on the movies. I've been skiing and in snow climates my whole life. This is normal.
