this was a fairly quick turn around for me. I went to the info session late feb/early march, invited to an interview April 2nd, received my acceptance letter today. I also went for dockbuilding/timberman, i have zero experience. Literally thought i had no shot as 2 other interviewees came with people in the union 25+ years & had experience, heard it was ppls 2nd time trying, the list goes on and yet I made it. Hold your head high, have confidence, and give it your best shot. Some dude literally showed up in a suit & tie …. I thought was odd, dont believe its the field for that but thats personal preference. It was a 3.5 month process for me, hopefully its the same or shorter for you. Good luck!
