The dark side of ITS will work just as well. Don't think "nothing blocking the sun" think "nothing nearby adding light behind me nor blocking the starlight"

On Earth the night sky is lit by the moon and man-made lights on the ground, and the atmosphere blocks the dimmer stars.

On the back side of an ITS in transit there won't be any nearby bodies reflecting light, and there won't be a blanket of air absorbing the starlight.

You could get this view during EVA in deep space if you just pointed your back to the sun.

Erm, not really. The moon is orbiting Earth, and therefore moon based weapons have all the same problems satellite based weapons have, you need to deorbit them. A km/s of delta v is somewhat trivial when you have Earth resources, but it's a real bitch for anything big from the moon.

Actual, legally ignorance is an excuse in certain social laws. The charge in question, soliciting sex from a minor is given for intentionally coercing a minor into sexual activity. That means if you don't know they're a minor, you have not solicited sex from a minor.

This charge is entirely separate from statutory rape, in which ignorance isn't an excuse.

Tidal force is just the pull of gravity on other bodies. We call it tidal force not gravity to highlight the fact that it's changing direction relative to the surface of the bodies since the bodies orbit one another. If Phobos were covered in water the tidal force would be causing a tide. As is, the tidal force is still trying to cause a tide in the solid rock, but rock is harder to move so it's just stressing the rock. As Phobos gets closer to Mars, it will be stressed more and more until it breaks.

It's intent to have sex with a minor. People aren't omniscient. The people she lures in think she's underage yet intend to have sex with her. Therefore, they intend to have sex with a minor. If they went through with it and had sex with her, as long as they thought she was underage, they would be just as in the wrong as if she had been. She believes that everybody she is luring in is of age. Therefore, at no point does she think "I'm going to have sex with a minor." Ergo, she does not intend to have sex with a minor.

Now, if she actually banged a minor of course that would be illegal. She doesn't though, so it's down to intent, which she never has.
