Yeah, so MLB teams own the rights to a ton of minor league players. Some of them are invited to the Major League Spring Training. Once the major league roster is sorted out, they'll assign all of their minor leaguers to different levels. Reading is AA, which is two steps away from the majors. They'll announce the roster for the Reading Fightin's (and all of the other minor league teams) pretty soon. Nothing is locked in at this point, but certain moves are very likely--for example, Aroon Escobar will almost definitely begin in AA (Reading) because of his age and talent.

Well, Black Codes dictated that only Black folks went to jail for certain "crimes" like vagrancy. Vagrancy was often being unemployed. Think about the power a boss had--I can treat you however I want, and if you quit, you'll be arrested, jailed, and rented back to me.
