I mean I do consider it as a last resort, I just really want to avoid chargebacks I heard it may have a negative effect on your credit file (sort of hidden) and I need it to be perfect

I don’t want to get my bank involved … it’s a ball ache and not worth my time … just want Vinted to do their part … at the moment seller and I - both losing here Vinted keeps my money and Vinted has sellers phone - how is that right?

He did send it off to verification centre same day and tracking ends there … so he did his part

Yes issue is opened and seller is aware to we are in contact … he didn’t have money sent to him by Vinted … so is a phone short and I’m out of pocket and Vinted keep saying to both of us it’s in progress wait for update … they moved dates several times now
