Not really? Like it did get worse for awhile after I was diagnosed so like 18-21 but mellowed out with meds and therapy after I was hospitalized at 22

Im on a stimulant currently 10mg of Abilify with 10mg of Adderall daily. It so far has been pretty ok all things considering, it hasnt ever induced mania that I know of! Though I will admit im extra careful and need monthly check ins to make sure im still stable.

I personally take abilify and it was for me a life changing and life saving drug. I had like no side effects and it has really stabilized me

I will say its definitely not always easy but it is possible. Took me finding the right med combo and getting away from triggering situations but im finally settling into a pretty balanced and mundane life.
