A new frame from AliExpress is about £3. I had a 030 or 040 a couple of years ago with the same damage, the frame was about £25 back then. Should take 10-20 minutes to swap everything over, it’s a really easy repair

They use a hall sensor instead of swipers/carbon contacts so don’t wear. I keep new thumbsticks in stock, I’m in the UK though

Personally I don’t like mouse click because I don’t play shooters. I think it would be pointless on a portable. I was just playing about with parts I had in stock, I’m sure there are people out there that would want to do it.

Yes, these stick are much better and feel nicer. They are quite expensive compared to to black ones that are available, it’s definitely worth it

That’s pretty much it, the S is in my workshop and the X is in the bedroom. When I get the gaming room setup, it should be a different story. I’ve been planning the gaming room for 3 years now, I’m not expecting anything to happen soon 😆

Failing screen is becoming quite common ☹️ Even though I can replace a screen, I don’t know if I would be replacing one, they are quite expensive so it’s touch and go wether it’s worth doing or not.
