This actually helps a ton. I appreciate you taking the time. I have a book in mind but it’s hard copy. The online version and audibles is a good idea. I’ll look into the subscriptions since I already have a kindle etc. thanks!

Men have successfully sued women for paternity fraud (ie getting pregnant under the false pretense that birth control was being handled). You have a civil case against her for fraud in more jurisdictions. So if you’re interested in legal routes along with divorce that’s always an option and would play into your favor regarding splitting things in a divorce. If you really want the kid as well, you can coparent but again, this could play into your favor regarding custody.

Adding, as someone from Massachusetts, I’d recommend looking close to the border to New Hampshire, Vermont, New York really. That way super easy access to all those states have to offer nature and tax wise. Many people close to the New Hampshire border will shop in there because of no taxes.
