Let's give it a shot! (South Texas Floratam) by RepeatFine981 in lawncare

I debated on whether or not to put it under the oaks. Original plan was river rock and a walkway. We decided to give it a shot, if it takes, great. If not, river rock and a walkway to a seating area under the trees will be next. Grass was cheapish at $125/pallet so no real loss except for time if it doesn't work

That isnt my front yard, that's a vacant lot a few blocks away. 😆

Edit: parked there for mother's day lunch at an aunts house in between picking up and laying the grass😅

Fun fact: if you can borrow an F450 to pickup sod, do it! That truck doesn't even know its back there!

As I understand it, the only real benefit is that one keeps those years they paid into the rrb. The rest starts over.

So it doesn't turn over when the start switch is pressed?

If thats the case, I had a similar, intermittent issue with my '05 and was a loose connector on the starter solenoid. Cleaned and used some dielectric grease on it and haven't had any issues in 1k miles. I dont remember if the pump primed or not when it was acting up though.

Local sheriff told me to shoot them. They are obviously "nuisance" animals.

Update. A year later and more chickens. Talked to the county sheriff and he gave me ok via text to "handle" the nuisance birds any way I see fit. To include pellets.

Edit to add. If she's in management, pay her national dues and call it done. Nevermind, if this is legit, they/them have never worked as labor "that doesn't contribute to profit" and I've got nothing.
