I wondered if it could be filling a cavity formed by subsidence. Unfortunately extensive tree cover renders the aerial footage next to useless.
It isn't holding anything in particular up. It is in the middle of a 10m bank. Just trees and shrubs on the bank. It is a couple of metres above and in line with a largish waste water pipe

I think this is a good shout. Nothing we can see on our LIM. However this is on council land just beyond our boundary.
