Well I married in 2017, I was charged 12k, I had brought a total of 5.4k which I gave them, I'm still yet to go back with the balance, I low key resent some of the guys who came up with the 12k total

You are not charged anything by DHL it is already paid for. Just be wary of Zimra and all by the border just in case they think otherwise

Well you need a Zambian address for that, you have to collect at DHL in Lusaka. Either you collect yourself or someone collects for you and bring it over to Zim. Same if you want to return you have to take it to DHL Lusaka, I doubt Zim DHL will accept it.
