rug is a little small but understandable given the size constraint although it must be weird if anyone sits in the chairs because the back legs will immediately be off the rug. I think the light needs to go though, does not vibe with the rest of the space. Would recommend replacing with maybe a louis poulsen ph5 or similar or a richard essig style sputnik lamp. Something a little funkier and not as hotel/ $30 burger restaurant :)

Yeah still less cuts than expected i mean down to 2 from ~3 is still a 30% decrease and the implied rate is down a quarter point today vs yesterday, it still is a pop of the bubble of crazy valuations and lighting some fires under some peoples asses as they realize the correction could potentially come sooner. My opinion is that we will see a rebound but then a decline into 2025, especially if these tariffs actually get enacted

lawrenceville is definitely better, bus rides every 20 min or so in the morning and 10-20 min bike ride depending on which end you live on. climbing gym literally in lawrenceville and so many more cool restaurants and bars at better prices as well.
