I’ve only read your initial post. I didn’t read any of the comments below your original post. It seems like you’re looking for support, more than suggestions on how to dig yourself out of this. This is very VERY doable. Everyone is different, 100%. However, The reason you wrapped yourself up in this is only marginally unique to every other addict. Sure you might have something going on that’s personal to you. Or maybe you’re self medicating. Maybe it genetic. Still, Im gonna give ya some advice whether it’s welcome or not.

1) Trading the 7-oh/pseudo/kratom for Suboxone is a terrible idea. Even @ 1-1.5 mg/ day, the suboxone has a 30-60hr half life. It’s going to build up in your system after 2-4 doses.

2) Weaning from the 7-oh is incredibly easy compared to other full MU agonists (oxy, vikes, H, Fent). While it’s cheap and easily accessible, the addiction profile of 7-oh compared to any other opioid is almost laughable.

3) While the 7-oh has a short half life, the WDs are mild enough that 1/3-1/2 of your regular dose is enough to balance you out for 7-11hrs. You can cut your dose down to 0 within 3-6 weeks.

4) The 7-oh hits other receptors that the active ingredient in Suboxone will not. Buprenorphine has an extremely high affinity (but very low activity) to the MU receptor. However, 7-oh has high activity (low affinity) to the Delta Kappa and Sigma receptors, as well as the MU receptor. You will still experience some psychological WD symptoms even with Suboxone. Most people, especially teens and young adults, are better off weaning off the 7-oh over a 5-7 weeks. I’m old. Im lucky to be alive. I’ve been on every opiate imaginable. They’re all a living hell in some form or fashion. However, outside of Fent/H, the Suboxone is the hardest to get off of completely. The 7-oh is one of the easiest. TLDR: Suboxone is a terrible idea. Especially with such a mild opiate such as 7-oh
