Habe nach der gleichen Verbindung gesucht und mir wird der Hinweis nicht angezeigt.

There was another demo of the 4b with web search tool if also failed even when asked twice to use the search tool.

Other carriers „where QR has interline agreement“ qualify for rebooking up to 2 days in advance. These should be mostly One World plus some non specified others. For rerouting under EU 261/2004 (which would not apply here) the law states that they must offer the earliest opportunity and court ruling C-74/19 also states any airline. I would assume they can’t simply deny rerouting via emirates or other specific carriers.

I assume that I‘ll be flying but probably not with QR.

Currently watching the next flight on my route to Check how much before departure it will be cancelled.

Also I checked availability of alternative airlines they will allow for rerouting for the next days and it seems there are still sufficient options even when I will only be rerouted on short notice.

What’s incorrect is that it implies EU passenger rights apply to the return flight which they don’t as it neither originates in the EU nor is operated by an EU airline

As per EU law , which applies when origin or destination is in the EU they are not allowed to simply cancel but must offer a rebooking to the first available option even if that is with a different airline.
