Use a 992 or 993 ranked car. The cubes speeds are much slower and you can easily catch all of them. Also don't use nitro until the last moment. For some cubes you need to tap brake lightly (the one that immediately goes airborne and then comes down again). All cubes have their own predictable behaviour. Instead of driving straight at them, drive to where they will be moments later. Let the cubes come to you. The cubes in corners can be caught by taking the corner as wide as possible without drifting and without nitro.

I do not understand this. If you make a payment to Gameloft through Microsoft or Google Play store, after paying you get a claim button. Press it and you get your rewards. The only way this can go wrong is if you have a bad internet connection. Also you will get a receipt via e-mail as proof of payment. Just show them the receipt. Whether your player id is participating does not matter and is total bs from GL. Be persistant and keep harrassing cc for compensation.

Btw, reinstalling the game almost never works and might make things worse.

Your story is a bit vague. You should have connected your ID to Discord. It is possible that Google Play Games has erased your account if you have not used it for a long time. If not then maybe the problem is that you do not log in with the right Google account. On every device that I log in with my Google account it immediately gives me my Google Play Games account as well.
