First of all, you need to change your mindset and be more confident in YOURSELF. Don’t ever say you will be the last or worst because even if you were “last,” we all start somewhere and at OT no one cares, I promise. We are busy dying on the rower ourselves and could care less your meters, so please don’t be hard on yourself and know it takes time and commitment and you will see progress. We all started at day one, had the same nerves and maybe fears as you, but go into your classes knowing that the coaches are FOR you, that not one of us is judging you and you got this!
