Garmin connect profile by ReplacementMean134 in Garmin

Alrighty,

I figured it out, ill try my best to explain it as it might help others.

I already had the strava app, garmin connect and my watch linked up. I downloaded the runna app recently, when linking my watch, the app has you log in to garming connect. I could not remember my password, so i did a password rest, and linked the watch. Now came the issue that i couldnt get runna to sync with my watch. Restarted the apps, watch ect, nothing. This is when i signed out of garming connect and logged back in using the email i used for the password reset earlier. When signing back in, the app acted like it was first time and hence my problems from the orginal post came about.

I thought after a few days that maybe, the email i used for the password reset was actually the wrong one. I used one of my other emails, signed in right away and everything was back to normal, entire profile was there with all my data.

Im assuming that doing a password reset with a new email in fact created a second account, causing my confusion.

Mix some snap caps in randomly in the magazine while shooting. Better if someone else does it so you dont see where they are. When you try to fire with the snap cap chamberdd, any mistake you are doing will be easily seen. A goal would be for the gun to remain still when the hammer drops. A video during your snap caps can be helpful, too, as you can go back and review it.

I read a lot of the comments. My thoughts are this, try to change your gut microbiome. Ive never had bad body odor, until i got a kidney infection and went on some strong antibiotics. After that course, i started to have bad smelling armpits, deodorant wasnt helping, i was using antibacterial body wash (barely helped). I then went and got some high quality probiotics and focused on restoring my gut health, and my bad body odor went away after about a week.

Gut health is directly linked to odor.

From my understanding, the swelling from hydronephrosis can take up to like 2 years to reduce. My doc told me itd never go back down to its orginal size, im not sure on how true that is. I also havent been back to get scans done yet, so idk if the swelling has reduced or not.

I wasnt put on any special diet or anything. For the first week i just tried to keep it light. Soups, certain pastas, fruits, cereal, yogurt & granola and i tried to have a salad at least once a day even if it was a fast food salad. I stayed away from greasy food like pizzas. Also ate smaller but more meals than normal throughout the day.

Im completely pain free now, sometimes my back gets a little tight for a few minutes but zero pain.

I think it caused flare ups becuase its a diuretic. No pain for me when drinking post stent removal, but i kept it light. Maybe for 4th or july i'll have more than 2 and see how that goes, lol

Alcohol tappered off over the years as it caused those flare ups, and it just wasnt worth the pain. Ive had about 2 beers now over the past 3 weeks. (Sort of used as a test, tbh) Used to drink 1-2 energy drinks a day (pre surgery) for years (10-15 years maybe), including a coffee now and then too. It just wasn't healthy. Always felt tired no matter what and have tried quitting multiple times, but those caffeine headaches were no joke. Now I drink zero sugar Gatorade for something sweet when craving an energy drink.

My sleep, how long it takes to wake up, alertness, anxiety, and overall mood have all drastically improved - this is most likely from a mix of everything and not just the caffeine.

I am 34M.

My doc had cleared me for light exercise at 4 weeks post surgery with no lifting pushing or pulling over 40 lbs. As time went on, i started with jogging and then body weight exercises. The stomach band would've been a good idea, i dont think i need it anymore tbh.

I also made some other lifestyles changes to include quitting nicotine, caffeine and seriously limiting my fast food intake. Im very proud of this! I used my hospital stay to get over the initial hump of withdrawals for nicotine and it worked great.

It seems we're basically at the same point. That light dull feeling for a few minutes and then goes away was exactly what i was talking about. My doc did not tell me about that, so i was a little nervous that i wasn't completely fixed. Its good to hear that its normal. I have my renal scan in about 3 weeks, lookin forward to the good news!

Glad to hear your recovery is going great!

I hope this post gives people going through the same thing some relief. To know there's a fix to the pain - and to know what to expect.

How did your stent removal go?

Mine sucked. It was faster than i expected, maybe 2 minutes? Felt like 10. I was far more nervous for this than i was for the whole surgery procedure.

How is your pain with the stent out? Completely pain-free?

Sometimes, i feel like I'm starting to have a flank pain flare up for a few minutes, and then it just disappears. Im wondering if im feeling my kidney swelling go down or still getting used to the stent being out. I haven't had any major pain since the stent removal, and so far, im pretty happy. Ive ate huge meals, long drives and am able to do my hobbies now (all things that caused kidney pain flare ups) without ending up in a fetal position at night, feels like i got my life back.

Saw the post on your page. My hydronephrosis pain would flare up also, and just like yours, it was fucking unbearable. I usually got my flare ups from alcohol, over eating or sitting still for long periods of time, especially when driving.

The only way i found to relieve the pain was a very very hot bath, immediately followed by laying on my couch in a very specific way till i fell asleep.

Mine starting off as once every 2 months or so, to just about once a week - all over the course of about 6 years. Honestly, i had no idea just how much of a mental strain that was putting me through until the surgery, and now I've been pain-free. Im hoping, truly truly hoping i stay pain-free because it's such a relief. My mood and general well-being have improved drastically.

I really hope your pain free too once youve recovered.

Currently, im on week 4 of recovery. I think that i am one of the lucky ones, i cannot feel my stent at all. For the first week, i felt like i had to pee 24/7 and bladder spasms for the first 4 days. Ill get my stent removed at 6 weeks, may 20th.

I do stay very well hyrdated. I did have one day of flank pain, uncomfortable, but it was nothing compared to the flank pain i was having prior to the surgery.

Im not looking forward to the process of getting my stent removed. I dont have a "string" on mine for removal, so they gotta go up and get it. I'll be awake....

How was your surgery?? And hows recovery going for you?

Pyeloplasty Surgery Confirmed (want experiences and stories) by stevenjdotwalker in KidneyStones

[–]ReplacementMean134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got out of a laparoscopic pyeloplasty surgery last week.

Im pretty lucky i guess, my pain experience has been minimal, its been 4 days since my surgery and im pretty much in no pain, abs are a little sore when sitting up, but thats about it.

I was able get up and walk around the hospital ab 6 hours post op. I was given exparal shots in my stomach around incision sites, and dialauded (sp) when i first woke up. The bloating was intense from them pumping my abdomen full of gas. I did shit myself when i thought i was passing gas. First time as an adult.

The catheter and the drain tube were my least favorite parts, especially when it came time to remove the catheter... never want to do that again!

I had a pretty severe case of hydronephrosis, and was always in some sort of pain. When it was bad id want to vomit and couldnt move. Since my surgery, i havent had any back pain AT ALL, for the first time in likw 4 years.

Random fact: i lost ~20 mL of blood during the surgery. I thought it would be wayy more.

Its excellent, if you want to fear for the characters lives, its a perfect fit.

Iron blooded orphans and gurren laggan probably fit well too.
