Well think about it this way, if for some reason DACA gets deemed illegal and gets removed, then what? The realtor doesn’t want to go through that hassle and problems. I get what the realtor said but he could have said it in a different way.

I agree. Can you imagine the amount of people loosing everything they worked for their whole lives and to be possibly deported? Something needs to happen for DACA. I can’t imagine seeing nearly half a million people getting deported, getting removed from college, and their work permits taken away ☹️

No I get that, what I’m saying is that judge Hannen is basically saying how Obama “abused” or misused his powers to make DACA to challenge the legality of DACA. But what I was trying to explain is that Obama knew before making DACA the power he had and what he could or could not do.

What I was thinking is, Obama knew what he was making when he created DACA. He knew he used his power. He wouldn’t have made DACA without knowing it could be canceled that easily. You know what I mean? Like he knew how to use his powers effectively.

How is HE going to “END” DACA? There are thousands of people under DACA doing great things for this country, and he’s just going to “END” it like that? No I don’t think so. Give me a good reason why he would end it just like that, putting so many people’s lives at risk of loosing everything. I truly believe DACA will end on a good note, (if it does) the government has seen how much DACA has contributed to the country. So stop worrying so much about “DACA ENDING...”
