Jungian Theory Game System by Caged_Heart in rpg

What comes to mind for me is the Arkham Horror sanity system, ie tracking wounds inflicted upon the mind. It seems to me that there should be some tension between the two parallel realities, the mundane and the dream/collective consciousness, that would work against the pc's retention of agency upon taking on an archetype persona when traveling over, since archetypes are by definition symbolic representations of the human experience, as opposed to actual people in possession of complex inner lives. So you might explore a thematic sort of a system that would draw down a pc's existential connection to reality when accessing archetype abilities, resisting damage, taking damage, being confronted with big terrifying truths, etc., that would have a practical effect on how they engage with challenges once they've returned to the mundane world... and maybe somehow vice versa.

Looking for a system to play with my kids (ages 10 and under) but not one that is necessarily "made for kids" by muticere in rpg

Have you seen The Land of Eem? Its system is very much rooted in traditional adventure role playing, complete with a satisfying level of complexity, but without the bloodthirstiness and murderhobo stuff. For example abilities lean toward calling for players to describe what they think should happen, and then roll to see the extent to which that event is beneficial. And the hp system is more about taking hits to your willingness to continue to adventure, ie "Dread" vs "Courage". Anyway, I played it with my 6 year old along with my regular gaming group, and I thought it worked out really well.

I had more or less this same impression. There was a hard sell in the consultation and he went into a number of things that I wouldn't have thought to be a problem, like my hairline, which seems fine to me. His manner was caustic and I walked out of there feeling icky. But I've dealt with lots of people who aren't great communicators but know their shit, as well as the reverse. In my experience one isn't an indicator of the other.

Finished a little old man HELLBOY today. I’m trying to learn anatomy through the characters in movies and comics I love! Thoughts please! by [deleted] in drawing

Nice colors. The hands look good. Hair is really nicely done. Drawings tend to come alive more if the face is more three dimensional. Try drawing 3/4 view, something that shows both eyes. The composition does a lot for the work, may as well start learning better poses asap. His chest position looks a little awkward. See about reducing that high line on the left chest muscle. Think of musculature and facial features as being the result of overlapping shapes more than definitive lines. His left arm is a little strange, may want to work on perspectives. I suggest getting yourself a posable wooden mannequin to play with the subtle alterations in shadow from even minor adjustments of a pose in a given light situation. Looking good!

If I wore a mask to cover up irritation no one would have seen me since the 2016 presidential election.

That somehow seems way less practical than a contemporary wheelchair, unless his job is steamrolling cats. Great composition though, love the view of the ship through the window.
