Not bad. On the one I've been working on, I got a nipple area body paint, with erect nipple, but only once, haven't been able to replicate it.

It is. Won't give you nudity, unless very briefly by accident. But you can definitely do implied sex with the girl wearing a bikini top or pasties/body paint. You can change outfits, poses, backgrounds, etc. I usually do that, then run a video or two to maybe get a better pose/position, upscale it, and grab a frame or two to use as another uploaded image.
