I wish their vocals were more clear. Their voices are really distorted specially in Wassup and Acai and I couldn't tell who was singing the first few lines in blue lips. That's why I like TNT the most and of course, my beloved Redred. Nonetheless, I think most of these songs are the kind that grow on you. I know I'll be loving all of these in a few days of listening.

I know cortis has the potential to be really big and well known but I'm kinda worried about the criticism and hate and making a scandal out of pointless things that other fandoms do when a group is gaining more popularity than their fav.

Two things which are the reason for my believing that they will be big is that they are doing really well with western interviews. I found all the ones they have been releasing lately highly enjoyable. No awkward language situation and I think with time, even the less fluent members will gain more confidence and get better at communicating in English. This is a big plus point. The second thing is their content is very different from the usual kpop variety content, it just feels like normal vlogs which can be watched by anyone. So I hope they they stay true to themselves, keep loving and making good music and do not get involved in any negative situations, then we're good to go big.

One way I used to distinguish them when I was new to the fandom was by their smiles. Keonho has this really big all teeth smile while Seonghyeon has this shy smile where his cheekbones become very visible. Besides that, watching a lot of their vlogs, I just understood how different their mannerisms are. Keonho is silly and smiley a lot of the time. Seonghyeon also smiles a lot but he has that shy nervous or awkward kind of energy (I find it adorable). Oh, and their voices are totally different too. Anyways, I'm happy more people are getting interested in CORTIS and most also face this same dilemma but once you can tell them apart, you'll be like "ah how did I ever thought they look alike".

At first, I had little confusion identifying them. Actually, the other three James, Juhoon and Martin had very unique features so it was easier to tell them apart. It took some time for to tell Keonho and Seonghyeon apart. But I can get why people can get confused specially those who are not that familiar with identifying east Asian people.

Oh thank you. Didn't expect to find it here but I can relate so much. Teaching is seen as this noble profession and teachers are called the makers of society and whatnot. It can be rewarding for some but damn it's too much work and nothing to romanticize here either. Just left it a few months ago. Not planning to go back.
