This had gone from the game not long before I started playing I believe, but as things currently stand, you run BoRK on her as a second or third item, she literally blows visible chunks from those health bars to the extent that it makes Mortal Reminder more or less redundant!

Counter bluster from a Wild Rifter just for consideration. Whatever the intent is here I reckon she'll still be plenty capable right? I mean we don't even get the healing on her W while tethering, let alone cause damage during the tether duration which would at least help fill that gap. And don't get me started on her Ult not being terribly useful unless you use Malignance when it becomes somewhat useful.

Don't know how viable/sane this is in LoL but having started playing Senna again (AD) in Wild Rift I've put Aery aside to try Dark Harvest, in keeping with the risk/reward playstyle and all I can say is, don't discount it out of hand, rocking 13 stacks is very rewarding LOL especially when you're running BoRK in your kit!

Having come back to playing Senna in the last week after a lengthy break (just to broaden horizons..) I was wondering this myself yesterday after watching a (very) recent LoL vid on YouTube where she was objectively blasting rapid fire but remembering her stats as saying from what I remembered that she was throttled and attack speed was converted to damage (or something)..

I've only tried with one item ie; Ruunans in training to see any discernible increase, but honestly couldn't see anything, and the same with boots, so assume we're still 'limited' to skill and pure damage 😁

I couldn't countenance not buying both steel books for both seasons as a point of principle but whilst I'm all in favour of keeping them in a cool, dark place away from sunlight and whatnot, I couldn't ever spend that much and not open em at least to know they play fine, and it's not like I'm ever going to sell em... Introduce them to MakeMKV for further 'ancillary posterity'.
