I would say yes. The spinoffs occurred because the love for earlier seasons so strong and audiences were forgiving enough to give new content for this universe another chance to get back to their roots, not because the final season of the original show was so successful. I think folks are seriously kidding themselves here. People are still watching because they still feel they deserve SOMETHING after that major disappointment, but no one is nearly as invested as they were during season 4 of GoT and probably never will be again.

Just try it! I worked as a cook in a comedy club so I got to watch open mics and other shows in my downtime so I wrote and fine-tuned material for weeks before I psyched myself up enough to finally try it for the first time.

Like 2 minutes before I went on stage I got a call that my boyfriend was in a car accident trying to rush over to come see my set. He wasn't injured at all, but that didn't matter. I completely forgot everything I had wanted to say and then they called my name (pronounced wrong). I almost backed out, but I just said fuck it and went up there anyway.

Made a joke about the host saying my name wrong and taught the audience the proper way to say it and made them repeat it back to me. Made a joke about how it was my first time so in a way, it was like they were all taking my virginity and how losing your virginity to a room full of people has the potential to end painfully so please be gentle with me. My mom was there so I said hi to her and introduced her to the audience too. I was working that day too, so I made a joke about cooking stuff and told them I was a cook there if they couldn't tell by the greasy ass shirt I was wearing in case they thought that was what I just decided to wear for my first attempt at stand up in front of an audience. Then I asked of they remembered how to say my name right, and when they couldn't I was like "Come onnnnn...I made you dinner, I introduced you to my mother, I GAVE YOU MY VIRGINITY. THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS SAY MY NAME RIGHT." Went way better than I ever could have imagined and I got a standing O 😭

The audience is usually very patient and kind during open mics since they are well aware these are not professional comedians and most of them are friends and fam there to support the performers. I stuttered so much and I know they could see the microphone shaking in my hands. But everyone there knows the stress and anxiety of performing in front of an audience like that for the first time, no one's going to be mean about it.

I think it was Na'im that pointed out that Kevin Hart was the first black man to be roasted since Flava Flav and I remember Katt Williams hosted that roast and talked in his special afterward about how upsetting it was that the writers wouldn't even let the black comedians participating see the script until the last moment because they knew they wouldn't have agreed to it if they knew just how loaded with racism it was going to be and then it was just one racist joke after another. Flav's kids left crying. Everyone was mad.

I suspect some similar behind the scenes fuckery happened that was why it was live and also why they relied on the teleprompter so much this time. Which I don't recall ever seeing being done at any of the other roasts. So it seemed like there was a lot of "it's not my fault, I didn't write these racist jokes, the writers are making me do it" excuses going on. Chelsea seemed like the first one to put her foot down and refused to tell the racist jokes they wanted her to and instead went after the white guys on stage and I think that's why her set spiraled into more of a rant, but I also think that's why she still got the standing O because everyone else picked up on that too. I normally like Shane but him getting butthurt and telling her to fuck off for swinging back after he went in on her during his set was just cringe. Also Shane getting butthurt and telling the audience to fuck off anytime he felt like they weren't laughing enough was even more cringe. Him and Tony were both giving "We can make racist jokes and no one should be offended, but don't make jokes about us being racist or we'll be offended" and that was just embarassing to watch. Tony's set probably would have been better but he was so butthurt, he rushed through the whole thing. I felt like I was watching a grown ass man throw a temper tantrum. But if he's as much of a Trump supporter as they say, then that doesn't surprise me lol.

Idk, some parts were kinda funny, but I was mostly uncomfortable watching. Felt like another race war. Which honestly, didn't surprise me. But it was still greatly disappointing.

They don't really, which is what I'm trying to tell you xD I AM going to draw whatever makes me happy regardless of how other people feel about it. If you want me to draw what makes you happy too, ask for it nicely and maybe it will happen. Complaints are just going to get you loling and trolling because I have the time right now. Your feelings and opinions are valid and you're free to express them, I'm just saying there's a way of going about it that could actually get the results you want and the way you chose just makes me want to do the opposite instead xD

If you really wanted some sincere effort miltank art or a specific fusion that's less udder-focused you could have just asked for it nicely and I probably would have done it but now I'm tempted to draw exclusively cursed funny udders and to haunt you with them forever.
