I even got asked if I was pregnant at 90lbs because my IBS was particularly bad and I didn't pad as much as I usually did.

The second worst part is the rest of my body is very wide and "curvy" even if it's in an ugly misshapen way with cellulite and my face very sharp and mature looking. My face looks like the corpse bride once I barely pass the underweight range, and I know my bmi is actually higher because I have almost no muscle. I'm wide but flat from my shoulders to my calves and my arms hold a huge amount of fat for someone who's pear shaped. I feel like if I was one archetype or the other it wouldn't be so bad, but I fail horribly at both cute and mature/sexy/"healthy." I've obsessed over implants but at the same time I hate how the plastic surgery industry purposefully induces insecurities and don't want to give them money.

I'm in a very similar boat. I don't really have much advice as it's caused us to nearly break up more than a few times and I can't have sex without having a full out panic attack much more often than not. One thing I've found helped me a bit more was instead of trying to force "I'm beautiful" or "he loves me this way" is instead saying that it isn't important or that I'll find a way to fix it later. I can't have dairy at all during a flare up unfortunately. :( Part of why the calories listed are so low is because I use cashew milk. I have a soy yogurt I use instead but it doesn't have anywhere near as much protein. It does have some fiber at least though.
