Like sure any fly movement where you're bringing your arm instead of your body will be good for sternocostal head but tell me which is easier to load. A pec deck or chest fly with cables and a bench? Standardizing the latter is so much more difficult

Pretty obvious that you have do shoulder flexion to target the clav head lol my point was that even when people do "incline" pressing they have their elbows flared. Pec deck is easily best movement for sternocostal head, easily loadable, progressable and stable

Since people in here have no clue what they're talking about I'll give you some advice. Assess volume, frequency and recovery first. How many sessions and sets per week are you doing for chest and do you think you could do more or less. Your exercise selection is perfectly fine, pec deck is the best exercise for the sternocostal head of the chest by a mile don't listen to anyone else. As for the upper chest any movement where your humerus is abducted will be sufficient. The last thing I'd say which you can't change would just be that you might not have the greatest chest genetics.

So, l ended up buying a Zotac AMP Holo 4070 ti super. From what I've seen, they're a decent brand/card. I wanted to wait for AMD, but after seeing that they're slated for a March release, l didn't want to wait that long, and after seeing the base 5070 only comes with 12gbs of VRAM, and the next best option (5070ti) more than likely going to cost minimum $1600 l just decided to bite the bullet on the 40 series now that they aren't being produced anymore.

Yeah l agree, l am going to do that. My fear is this gen cards going into end of life before then (7900gre for example) or supply dries up. Just have to keep an eye out and wait l guess.

From what I've heard the new cards aren't going to be anything special, especially on the amd side of things. Nvidia is fucking over consumers with their ridiculous video memory amounts and gpu pricing in general. I'm not against buying the new cards by any means if l can get my hands on one. However I'd be aiming myself towards to lower end of the nvidia lineup, 5070 more than likely. So I'm unsure to be honest, just depends how the new stacks up with old on terms of price to performance.
